Pamelia Denise Carter

Lady Pam was born February 19, 1970. Pam was raised in the small town of
Tappahannock, Virginia. She attended public schools in Tappahannock, and graduated, from
Essex High School in 1987. Upon graduation, Pam started her Federal Government career with
the U.S. Department of Agriculture, in October of 1987. In 2003, after 15 years with USDA,
Pam resigned to take a break, and become a stay at home mother. In April of 2012, after all 3 of
her kids were of school age (with one graduating), she returned to USDA, as a Program
Assistant. Pam attends Liberty University, where she is studying to receive her Associates
Degree.
Lady Pam gave her life to the Lord in March of 1991, at First Baptist Church Ambar, in King
George, Virginia. Pam is member and Co-founder of No Limits Outreach Ministry, under the
leadership of her husband, Pastor Oliver Carter.
Lady Pam has been married to her wonderful husband, Pastor Oliver Carter, for 27 years.
They have three children; a 31yr. old son, Steven, a 17yr old daughter, Charlye, and a 16yr old son,
Ramonde’. Pam enjoys spending time with her family and finding some quiet time for reading.
Her favorite scripture is, 1Corinthians 6:19 “Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the
Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own.”
